Retail sales people provide the incomes of all those in system companies - if someone doesn't go and sell to the consumer tonight or at the weekend, then no roofs get fabricated and no frames welded.
So how can we as system companies connect better with the retail sales people? By definition, they are elusive, working hours that are not 9-5...so how can we help them? What tools do they need? Have they got the right tools?
It would be good to hear from any retail sales people...to get their views.....
