Ultracill
The revolutionary cill jointing system eliminates the need for welding and ensures a fast and more economic installation.
Cill connectors are available in a variety of angles: 90° internal and external and 135° and 150° external. Straight connectors are also available.
Ultracill with a backstop offers a flatbed to suit the majority of window profiles and a small upstand enabling alignment of the window profile, cill and brickwork.
Ultracill is available in 2 options. Both offer 160mm width giving extra tolerance for out of line brickwork and suits 60mm and 70mm frames.
Ultracill is available in white, deeplas, mahogany and brown.
Gallows Brackets
A decorative alternative to the traditional brick pier, gallows brackets are deployed to support the 165mm and 265mm box gutters.
Used for polycarbonate roofs over 4.5m in width or projection and glass roofs over 3.0m in width or projection, gallows brackets offer guaranteed performance backed by full structural calculations.
Gallows brackets are available in white, deeplas, brown and clay brown to complement light oak roofs.
Structural External Hanger
Available on Sunroom only.
Typically, these will be supplied on boxgutters over 4m when glazed with polycarbonate and over 3m when when glazed with sealed units
Tie Bars
Tie bars are structural members that ensure conservatory roof stability. On pre-fabricated roofs they are specified by Ultraframe when needed and therefore must be installed.
Tie bars, although a structural component, have been designed to be as attractive as possible and feature a decorative rose.
Three-way, five-way and special units are available in white, brown and brass.
Corner Posts
Ultraframe supply a range of corner post profiles to suit common frame thicknesses. Along with the window frame stiffener, they provide lateral support for the roof, transferring loads from the eaves beam to the base of the conservatory. This avoids overstressing the side frames - full specification details are contained in the UK structural design guide.
Frame thicknesses from 58mm - 72mm can be accommodated by both corner posts and frame stiffeners. Decorative claddings enhance the appearance of the conservatory.
Corner posts and frame stiffeners are available in 3 lengths: 1550mm, 2150mm and 6500mm.
90° corner post (58mm - 60mm profile only) is available in white, brown, mahogany, light oak and rosewood.
135° and 150° corner post - colours available as above plus deeplas.
