Ventilation is important to your customer
Ultraframe realises that conservatory ventilation is extremely important to your customers and so we incorporated excellent levels of ventilation into the Ultralite 500 roof. By doing so it allows for a comfortable interior environment all year round - a real plus point when selling a conservatory to a homeowner.
Two different ventilation features help to achieve this:
Hit and miss trickle ventilation
A constant cycle of air is essential within any conservatory to limit heat build up and minimise condensation.
A ventilated wallplate with hit and miss trickle ventilation is included as standard on the Ultralite 500 roofing system - a feature unique to Ultraframe roofs.
Hit and miss ventilation works by providing ventilation along the complete length of the wall channel and can easily be controlled by the homeowner.
Ridgeflow
Another feature unique to Ultraframe roofs, Ridgeflow is a thermostatically controlled feature which permits secure automatic ventilation at any time. Ridgeflow is ideal as it works when the conservatory owner is at work - eliminating the need for windows or roof vents to be left open, which compromises security.
This unique feature can be specified as an option on Ultralite 500 roofs and is fast and easy to install. A ventilated top capping facilitates the enhanced ventilation, which allows up to 4 air changes per hour in an average sized conservatory.
